GTX 750TI Wont show up

i have 750ti

it was working fine but when i unplug it and replug it into pcie slot it wont show up

the fan still works but it dont show up on my pc

i tried updating and replugging it in

Zotac GTX 750TI

tried a different pci-e slot ? it could be it, found out my 1st x16 slot died when i plug in a x8 slot, stash my card in the box after

its working

the card was working before 

i just unplug the card and replugged it back
