Monitor Choices... Need suggestions from the people

I need your opinions - I'm looking to get a new monitor. My current Predator Z35p ultrawide is great for non-FPS games, but way too blurry for FPS types of games, so I'm looking for an FPS gaming monitor. I am currently considering these 2 with a heavy lean towards the Asus, but I'm also willing to hear suggestions from you guys =3
I'm floating around the 500USD/Euro pricepoint, but that's not a limitation, I am however pretty sure I want a 27" 1440p monitor so it fits nicely next to my Z35P
I also think that the ELMB from the asus is probably a very nice feature for fast paced shooter games like CS.GO and Destiny 2 and similar.
