Elgato hd60s not working

Good evening! So i got today my elgato hd60s and i pretty fast figured out how to connect it to my dual pc setup, first i connected the hdmi cable to my gaming gpu then the other half to my elgato (in port) then i connected the usb to my streaming pc from elgato. Now i got it all done. Then i went to display settings and got the display showing on obs perfectly, but here comes the problem, for some reason i cant get the audio going through from my gaming pc?! Also i saw that when i connect the usb which came with the elgato to my streaming pc it says that windows cant recognize the usb and it might not work correctly... im using windows 10 64 bit in both pcs so that cant be the problem. Is there anyone who could help me with this? Thanks.
