GTX1070Ti X2 Inno3D 8GB to buy or not?

Currently is 340 euros,which here is not a lot money,and it costs like midrange 1660 Ti (MSI Armor model)

I want to know how good this card is,cooling perfornance and is this card better choice then any GTX 1660 Ti,giving higher FPS?

How good is at overclocking because as I see the clock speed is very low.

Basically which are pros and which are cons.

Would I get higher FPS in AAA games then any GTX 1660 Ti?

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

For around the same price I would look at a RX 5700

I haven't asked about RX 5700.

Cheapest RX 5700 is 400 eur here.

I understand that. However you didn't mention where you were from, just a currency. 

 

The Armor cards have always had pretty mediocre coolers, so overclocking wouldn't be the absolute greatest. Yes it has a backplate.

Hmm I just googled and saw on pics that it doesn't incluce backplate,but then on some vid there is a backplate.I guess I will check tommorow with store.

So this card would give me higher fps in AAA games then any 1660 Ti?

As long as they're the same price then get the 1070.

You mean 1070 Ti...

Hmm I don't trust that much Inno3D,I see it's Chinese brand,so I assume cooling is messy.
