So I have a Cooler Master MB500 case. It SHOULD be compatible with a 360mm radiator. I bought a Corsair H150i Pro AIO... and the holes on the front of the case don't line up with the holes on the radiator. If I adjust it around a bit, I can get all the holes on one side or the other to line up, but then all the others are out of reach of the case screw holes. I am SO confused. Are the radiator screw holes misaligned? Are the vase screw holes misalligned?

If you can post a picture of what you're talking about that would be very helpful. But looking up the case specs it does say it should support a 360mm rad

Are you sure you're using the correct holes?

Here's an example with a 240mm rad: https://www.hardwarebbq.com/cooler-master-masterbox-mb500-pc-case-review/all/1/#jp-carousel-38639

You do have 120mm & 140mm spacings in the front of the case. Are you aligning to the correct set? See page 2 of the manual.

I would add more images but apparently the absolute maximum amount of data I can upload is 20mb

But it does look like in the second image that those 2 holes were not machined correctly they seem a bit oblong. It may very well be a manufacturing issue

So if I were to contact Cooler Master and ask about faulty holes, what is the likelihood that they'd send me a new case or something to help this problem?

If it's actually a machining error, there's a high chance they'd replace the case. It looks like you might not be using the correct mount holes though. Have you tried sliding it down a bit to the next set of holes / slots?

Work on finding the hole alignment first without the fans in the way.

OK looking back over the pictures there does seem to be an alignment issue with your RAD it seems a bit crooked, I have the exact same AIO

To the point @WoodenMarker is trying to make, How much room is above the radiator, looking at the specs page it doesn't look like there is any room at all after putting in a 360mm RAD. But maybe just maybe (cuz there are no pictures of the top) you might be able to slide the radiator up and use the slots.

so you'd only need to move it up about an inch or so if you can

OKAY, LOL... After i looked at the link @WoodenMarker gave you i can see all the hole placements. so @Aaralli if you can line your rad up starting from the bottom. Also if you have a ruler or measuring tape you can do some measurements of the holes on the rad and the case to double check. Im thinking you should have enough room.

I just tried this. Some of the holes are just covered up entirely now, making me think that it isn't supposed to be set up that way.

If you try aligning from the bottom you might be able to get it. If you can't then i think that will be a case issue. and with the link that woodenmarker sent you should be able to just align the top and bottom holes to mount it then you might have to have your fans on the inside of the case.

I tried this. The holes along the left side OR right side of the radiator line up, but then on the opposite side none of them line up properly.

Are you able to get 4 corner screws in for the rad similar to the example Iinked from hardwarebbq? The fans can be mounted in pull instead.

The case isn’t tweaked is it? Like it’s still square? I’d just get how ever many screws You can get. 3 or more and call it a day.

The problem is that I have enough fans for push/pull and I planned to set it up that way. I am trying to mount the radiator through the front fans and then take it off and put the inside fans on, then reattach it to the case. Obviously I haven't gotten very far.

If you have the short screws too and the fans have open sides, just add all the fans to the rad and then use normal fan screws into them through the case with how ever many line up.
