Which RGB hub would work for this application?

Hey guys. I'm planning a flashy upgrade for my current PC.

I know there are some good RGB fans out there, but I love Be Quiet and I was thinking that it would be interesting to get a bunch of PMW Pure Wings 2 fans (like 5 of them) and pair them with these Phanteks' HALO RGB fan covers. However, I'd need an RGB hub to control the light effects and stuff, but I really don't know which one would work for my system: I'd like to connect them to either my motherboard (MSI H270 Gaming M3) or to my case (Phanteks P400s).

Now, this is just a wild idea. I know it would be cheaper to buy some actual RGB fans and I have seen reviews for a bunch of models and already have a favorite. But, I have this older air cooler (ThgermalTake NicC4) which I actually like, but I'd prefer to change its fans pair of 3 pin fans for a couple of PMW, high static pressure fans. Those Pure Wings 2 high speed seem to be way better to the ones from thermaltake. Maybe even some noctua fans, but i prefer be quiet. The thing is, I want them to have RGB as well, and i could get only 2 be quiet fans and 2 phanteks halo rgb covers to deal with the air cooler and some other RGB fans for the case, but they wouldn't match in any way and... well, nope. I want to have a clean looking PC. So going for the more expensive but more clean looking solution of 5 be quiet fans + halo covers could be a nicer way to have the job done.

And btw: i don't like AIOs. So don't bother telling me to get some sick RGB AIO combo haha.

I like octopuses
