computer shut down showing "the opwerating system did not shut down cleanly"

the computer just shuts down ramdomly showing "the opwerating system did not shut down cleanly", new itx computer, no other issues except this one, it just randomly shuts down while i'm going anything have 16gb optane enabled btw, saw other people have same issue with optane enabled computers

every time when i play video games, it stopped crashing after i reset the cpu wattage, and today i downloaded a new game, after running it, my computer crashed again,  showing same problem, and system is not even hot when it crash

 

i tried a lot of things on the internet and all of them they did not work, now the only thing that's defferent from bios is the xmp is on, and it till kept crashing

maybe it's cooler's problem because it is an itx with i7 8086k and i didn't use a blower gpu
