Which RAM should be used for each of these systems?

I am building 3 systems out of used parts I have lying around, and I have most of the parts picked.

 

I want to get the best out of each system but I will admit i don't know much about ram beyond the Mhz...

 

So I thought that maybe you guys could help me pick the best RAM for each system out of the ram I have. 

 

The systems:

 

Workstation:

I7 930 with an Intel DX58SO + Asus GTX 680

 

Server:

X4 925 with an MSI 970A-G46 + Asus gt 240

 

HTPC:

FX-6100 with an Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 + MSI GTS 450

I am willing to do some minor overclocking on the CPU's, and maybe go farther when I get better cooling.

 

I also do plan to look for a better GPU for the HTPC as soon as I can.
