Low Fps in Hign End Pc

Single RAM is a bad choice. Your PC can only use one 64bit channel instead of 2x64bit (effective 128bit channel). This will lower your PC´s Performance and should be avioded. You should change that.

I recently built a PC with specs.

i5-9400f
rtx 2060 6gb
z390 m plus mobo
550 psu
16x1 gb ram
240 gb SSD
2TB HDD

the cpu temps and usage are normal.. same with gpu and same with ram too

and i am getting very low fps like none of the games i am able to play at ultra on 1080p 60 fps. Please Help It was my saving money and i am getting no output. please help

This may seem like a stupid question, but did you install the proper drivers for your motherboard and the video card?

Equipment bought at normal prices from reputable sellers, not one of those scams where they "disguised" a 10 year old GPU as being a recent one? Check with CPU-Z and GPU-Z
