So I run a dual monitor setup one is a 1080p and the other one is a 4K

Long story short I'm trying to narrow down why I get such choppy gameplay I've tried to gaming on both monitors overclocked the GPU which one it is overclocked it runs better but no matter how much I get that overclocked at a stable setting I still get stuttering do you think that comes from having a low end CPU?

Or could that possibly come from the monitors a only having a 60 hertz refresh rate?

I've also traded with the overclock setting on and off and free sync on and off and both of them paired together

Even when I have the GPU overclocked I turn all of the games settings to low and turn off anti-aliasing I still get stuttering Even in 1080p versus 4k

4K plays really well but at times it is very noticeable

You would think switching to 1080 would

Have you had this problem and if you have what have you done to fix it?
