Can i stop my pc from using the integrated graphics?

Hi, is there a way that i can stop my laptop (Dell XPS 15 9560 4K) from using the integrated graphics. i want to completely deactivate it, if that is possible? 

i have problems with some programs not recognizing the dedicated card, and cant use it. even though set the Nvidia graphics control to only use the dedicated card.

Well it’s a laptop. So I can’t say for sure. As it’s all kinda integrated. Not familiar with newer fancy ones though.

No you can't disable the iGPU. In Optimus systems your dGPU is actually fed directly through your iGPU, so if it was disabled, you wouldn't get any output at all.You'll just need to go and manually set profiles for each program that you believe is not working properly.
