Airflow for Case, fans, and case

So I'm building a pc with the fractal focus g case and I was wondering what the best performance fans are, (not pointless expensive, no rgb) my budget is 25$ for 2 fans, I am not using a radiator, and I am using a scythe mugen 5 rev b cpu cooler, also if you guys know any good airflow cases (not the stupid front panel with no mesh like nzxt) that are available for 70$ or under, my location is usa, thank you.
