Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

yeah i agree trubleshooting?

look for bloated caps, scratches or anything that seems burnt. Not much to do if the motherboard is dead besides replacing it

From the sounds of it, you likely got taken to the woodshed... extremely unlikely that a board that is 10 years old is new...

If you're certain everything is plugged in and RAM is compatible, then it's more than likely a dead motherboard. In a lot of cases there's not much you can do with a dead board besides order a replacement.

Intel Core i7 9700F / Cooler Master 212 Evo / GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER / 16 GB G.SKILL RAM @ 2666MHz / GA-B365M-DS3H / EVGA 500w PSU

HP Pavilion Gaming 15 / Ryzen 5 4600H / GeForce GTX 1050 / 8 GB @ 3200MHz
