Why whenever i turn on mobile hotspot my internet drop

i usually can use this feature normally from last year,but i dont know why this week whenever i turn on my mobile hotspot from windows 10,my connection dropped so bad till it wont connect to internet. but when im not turning the mobile hotspot the internet went smoothly...
is it possible my wireless adapter degrading performance?

i use TP link TL-WN7200ND
