Hello guys, I have Ubuntu 18.04.03 Lts installed with dual boot on a laptop with CPU: A9 9420 and GPU: Radeon R5. Recently I had some issues both with windows 10 and ubuntu so I did a format on windows and after the format I reinstalled Ubuntu. Before the issues, on ubuntu everything was working pretty well and I could connect my laptop on my monitor, but now that I reinstalled ubuntu I can't see my monitor on the display settings. How can I fix it?

unplug and plug back in.

Are you kidding me? Like I didn't do that. It's not the cable's or the monitor's problem, it's Ubuntu's problem. If you can't help me don't answer on this topic. If there's anyone who can help please answer on this topic
