Has she tried reflashing again? Pressing the reset button on the PCB then reflashing?

 

I saw her post on Geekhack so I figured there will be one here as well.

I'm helping a friend with her problem on windows, she gets a device disciptor request failed on her DZ60-RGB pcb based keyboard. It would stop being detected when given a manual reset on the keyboard (esc+inputting cable). Via a powershell scan it can't find anything with DZ60. Are there any ways to solve this problem? 

 

OS: Windows 10 1904

well... that seems to have worked
