Does my asus prime b350 plus support nvme m.2

Unless you're using an Athlon (non X4), the board supports M.2 NVME/PCIE and SATA SSD's (which means it's either the 1 notch or 2 notch SSD's, B-key and B+M key):

in case you don't know which is it..it's the 2 on the right side..you can still the other 4 sata ports at the bottom right...

I have B-350, and its no problem to us a M2 disk on the MB. If you buy the TUF x-570 you wil have support for 2 m2  SSD on your MB.
