Computer trips breaker whenever i attempt to Live stream as well as play games

Alright so i have had this problem for a while now so bare with me as i wright down all that i have gathered.

So i have a problem with my computer in relativity to my circuit breaker to where everytime i try to start a live stream and play Rainbow Six Siege at the same time my circuit breaker trips on whatever circuit it is plugged into.

Now heres some things to keep in mind!

Specs:

CPU: I5 8600K (OC to 4.2 GHz)

GPU: GTX 1070

MOBO: MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS

2 Fans plus a Masterliquid ML240L Cooler master AIO

2x8 2400 MHz RAM

PSU:Antec HCG 750w Bronze (89% Max efficiency)

Elgato HD60 Pro

//All my internet is coming from a tpLink Powerline adapter that i have running on a separate circuit to ensure thats not whats causing the trip.

//I also have tried plugging my computer into a seperate circuit as my monitors and as expected, the circuit with the computer plugged in trips, not the one with the monitors

// I should also mention i am on an AFCI

//Also i have opened up my task manager while streaming and playing games before and the only thing that even gets close to max usage is my processor sitting at around 80%.

//This has happened with a different PSU before so i dont think it is a psu related issue.

//I also have checked temps while running and they seem to be good sitting around 75-80C so i dont think its a cooling issue either.

My computer runs like a dream whenever im doing anything but streaming. A while ago it used to trip once while just regular gaming, then trip multiple times after, i would have to leave the computer for the night and in the morning it would be fine.

I have a streaming setup and the only thing keeping me from streaming is my AFCI. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you run Prime95 small fft torture test AND MSI Kumbustor in full screen at the same time, does it trip the circuit breaker? What is the circuit breaker rated at? That PSU at full power would be pulling a max of let's round up to 850W which at 120V (what country!?!) would be about 7 amps or roughly 1/2 of a standard 15 amp breaker in most US homes. Halve the amp draw at 230V if you're somewhere else, don't know what kind of breaker is standard in other countries/continents.
