How long does a Intel RMA usual take

A recently shop 9700K performance way subpar even at stock. Fine in regular task, but fail the Prime 95 small FFT even at stock setting. ( Default BIOS profile)

The purchase dates back for more than a month, amazon return is no longer an option. Just wonder how long will an Intel RMA usually takes.
