Hello.
Im choosing what parts to buy for my second home-build pc, and i'd be glad if anyone could give me a few pointers. My goal is to have a pc that will render stuff using IRAY for hours and stay relatively cool (I make hobby renders for fun. Single images, no animations, at 1080p or 1440p resolutions. My current render times are anywhere from 2 hours to 24 hours on a single picture, due to rendering on a FX6300 CPU - Iray works only with Nvidia GPUs, and i have a radeon.) Second goal is to run cyberpunk at somewhat good performance. Second bit is a bit difficult, since the minimum requirments for the game are something i cant find.

My parts selected so far is are these. I took inspiration from the 'Athlete' build form Cheap vs expensive build.

However, i am from the Czech republic, so the prices are a bit different. I already own the Zalman case from my current build, as well as the cooler (which is compatible with the AM4 socket according to the coolermaster website). Without those two items, the price is 798USD. (I believe this is because there is a pre-emptive scrapping tax added to all sold electronics, but i am not sure. All i know is, stuff's expensive)
There are some things i need to say when it comes to the parts selection - The ryzen 3600 is 240USD, while the 2600 is 160USD, so the 2600 allows me to buy the GPU.
The 1660 non-ti is 260USD, while the TI is 320USD, which makes it fit into the budget.
At the moment, my old pc has a PSU i could possibly use (Forton Raider 650W) but it is more than six years old (Maybe more?) at this point, and i dont like to

Other than this, i will say that i will be buying an HDD later on.

I'd very much like anyone's input. The parts i have selected are mainly the ones i could find, or in the case of the motherboard, the brand i have used before with no problems. However, that was years ago, and i have no idea how did their build quality hold up. I chose this motherboad due to the amount of heatsinks it has (My resoning being that since the pc could run for more than 12 hours under rendering load, it should have those as they should help.. but i have no idea, really).
Thank you :)

Saved some money on the motherboard and changed the psu because it was a little overkill and unnecessary. Also managed to sneak in a 1tb ssd.

You should bare in mind though that the 1660 Super is rumored to be launching this month and will certainly fit into this budget, and will probably offer 1660ti performance for cheaper. So it may be worth waiting a few weeks before pulling the trigger. Other than that, good build.

Thank you, MeatFeastMan.
I wrote the motherboard and PSU down as parts i will be searching for. The retailer i am gonna buy it from does not stock the PSU, and the motherboard hasnt been in storage for a couple months, so i will need to contact them if they will be able to get it in stock. (While i am not tied down to using this store, they dont charge for shipping due to being near to me, are very helpful when it comes to ordering parts not in their catalogue, and are overall nice when theres a problem. That and they send out dicount codes during chrismas, which is always nice.)
I will hold off on buying until the 1660Super comes out, but my worry is that new parts usually have a higher price than they should. Example would be the 2060 and 2060Super here in cz. The difference between two from the same maker (gigabyte, both being the cheapest models) is 100USD. It would be nice to get the 1660Super, i just hope it will fit into the budget.
