Monitor screen flickering

Iv'e noticed my monitor screen flickering weird colours like green with black lines ect. This has only been happening over the past couple of days. I did unplug my display port from my monitor and plugged it back in then it was fine, but It happened a day later. I have overclocked my graphics card but so far after 3 months it's been fine until recently. I did test games until the overclock was stable. I also do not have anything else overclocked. This problem only happens when I'm doing normal generic tasks not while in games full screen because I do play a game which is not full screen and it does it. It use to do it frequently and Iv'e only seen it do

it once today.

 

Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS ATX

RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x8GB 3000Mhz

Graphics card: Gigabyte RX 570 4G

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Power supply: Corsair TX550M Bronze

Monitor: ViewSonic XG2401
