Help!!! My gpu crashed while overclocking and now it dosent work anymore!!

While overclocking the gpu froze up and the drivers crashed, the gpu turns on but displays nothing, my monitor detects the signal but stays black. BTW my cpu dosent have intergrated graphics

weird thing is that windows does not load up with gpu connected (ik that because of rgb lighting pattern)but without the gpu everything is fine.

things i have tried:

-restarting

-disconnecting boot drive to automatically load in bios

-looking on the internet in vain for solutions

-cleaning gpu

-replaced rhe thermal compound

plz help idk what to do?

If you have a 2nd BIOS on your card, load into that.. otherwise you will need to re-install windows since you have whatever software you use set to load and run on boot.
