Random crashes and low fps in games

So I have random crashes on my games, google chrome etc. Plus I have low fps on games and laggy aswell sometimes. Recently did clear installation of windows 10. Latest GPU driver and windows is updated is recently

PC:

CPU: Amd 5 2600

GPU: RTX 2070

RAM: 2x8gb 3000Mhz

1tb+120gb

psu 620w
