PC Randomly "Crashes" (no BSOD, just lost video / audio) and will not reset unless I powercycle my PSU

Hello! I apologize if this is worded improperly or anything but I am seriously at a loss right now with my PC...

First off, here is my spec list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jHcvK4 - I've made sure to include everything I have plugged into the sytem that may draw power from it..

Very occasionally, and completely at random, my PC will lose audio and video and become unresponsive. The power button won't work (holding it for as long as my heart pleases doesn't work either) and the only way to get the issue resolved is to reset my PSU and boot it up.

Now for some other additional information. My BIOS is up-to-date (I was one of those early x470 adapters so keeping it updated was / is paramount to me) video drivers are always updating, and ASUS has a tool called EZUpdate that I keep around to update the remainder of my chipset stuff (I think). The event Viewer shows event ID 41, Kernel Power, System (indicating to me that it is some sort of power issue, whether it be from me having to force rboot the PSU or whatever).

Now when I say this issue happens randomly I mean it, sometimes it's when I am watching Netflix, sometimes when the PC is entirely idle, sometimes mid-game, etc.... It's happened 3 times in the past 7 days.. once when I left my PC alone for an hour with nothing but notepad open, once today while playing FFXIV, and once while trying to watch Good Will Hunting for the 2nd time this month. I just want to narrow down what the issue COULD be so I can replace the part or update the thing and have a happy life with my PC... any help would be appreciated!
