Are you certain it's the graphics card? Did you test it in multiple systems or test a different card in your system?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Manually hunting for out-dated drivers is a pain, so try Driver Booster (I've never tried it, but it's rated number one on most sites.) Most of the time is because the HDMI driver isn't installed to display the GTX 1070 properly.

Don't use freeware driver updaters lol... Nvidia literally has a tool to detect your GPU, doesn't get much easier than that.

Why not put it in a system with a card already? Should have atleast one that can do it. Then install it or see if it even registers.

Nvidia is only for their specific hardware. He'll need to update different hardware on his PC that isn't Nvidia related. Port, USB, Bus, etc...

Am I tripping? All of this works "out of the box". Sure, you can download chipset drivers and a new bios, but as far as I know most people don't bother with this unless it calls for it. I don't think a chipset update is gonna fix his GPU issue............
