Memory and Fabric lower their speed

Go to solution Solved by ragnarecek,

The problem was that I know it was turned on and working but then somehow decided not to work anymore. In all honesty the Aorus bios is hard to work with, I ended up using Ryzen Master and just turning on Coupled mode with memory and fabric clock set to 1,800. That also automatically switched commad rate to 1T. That seem to have solved the issue.

I am using X570 Aorus Master with dual 2x16 GB G.SKILL Royal 3600 MHz 19-20-20-40 with Hynix C chip.

The RAM is set to auto with no overclocking and in BIOS I can see XMP profile set. In Ryzen Master software I can see that the memory clock is 1,067 and fabric clock is 1,200. CPU-Z displays FSB:DRAM as 3:32 command rate 2T and timings 19 20 20 40 60.

The fabric should be running on 1800 as well as the memory to go to the total of 3600. It has been 1800 previously and I don't know why it decided to go lower.

I don't know where to set the memory or fabric clock in the BIOS I just see them displayed as uneditable information. Can you please help me understand why the speed seems to go lower?

You need to go into the BIOS and enable XMP/DOCP to get your timings up properly to there 3600/1800 speeds. 1067 is the base speed of 2133 by default without XMP/DOCP enabled.
