I've been using Norton for many years now, and I'm looking to change to something else. I haven't been happy with them for some time now and have just been waiting for my subscription to run out, which it will in a couple of months. I'm looking for complete protection like, anti-virus, firewall, anti-malware, etc.... As well as a password manager, form auto-fill, wallet, and such. I've narrowed it down to Bitdefender Total Security 2020 and Kaspersky Total Security 2019. I've heard good and bad things about both, so I'm not sure which one to choose. They both have similar features, pricing, and the option to add more devices. Which would you recommend and why? Or, would you recommend something else entirely? Any help would be appreciated.

Same recommendation from me, although @Enderman forgot to add the most important piece of any security setup: CommonSense™ - unfortunately, unlike MalwareBytes Premium, or even other security suites, you cannot purchase this at a store.

Basically, if you're semi tech-savvy, MBAM Premium, Windows Defender, and CommonSense™ are all you need - if you feel more like a green thumb when it comes to computers, then buying another suite like Kaspersky or ESET might be worth it to you.
