Hello there ..!

My current PC is 6 years old, it is a prebuilt of which costed £800 (GPB).
Here are the specs:

Operating System / Windows 10
CPU / Intel Core i5 3330 @ 3.00GHz
Ram / 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz
Motherboard / Advent DT2410 (SOCKET 0)
GPU / VS278 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6670 (MSI)
Storage / 1863GB

I can play Osu with no trouble, sometimes my screen will freeze for a second and I'll die but that isn't often, I can't stream Osu which I really want to do but can't due to frame drop, input delay, etc..

I want to buy a new PC which I can both play Osu and stream Osu on smoothly with good quality, what would be a good PC to buy for this?
I am leaning towards building my own PC but have never done it, so I don't know all the parts required and worry that I'll mess it up..
I'm on a budget since I'd like to upgrade my 60hz monitor up to 144hz.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to responses :3

doesn't take much to have a rig that's way more powerful than you need

and if you don't already have an SSD, toss one of these in as well

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/7x4NnQ/pny-cs900-120gb-25-solid-state-drive-ssd7cs900-120-pb

if you want to downsize a bit to save even more cash, find a used Ryzen 5 1600 on eBay or something, or maybe a 1400. Also look for a used RX 470/570 or GTX 970 for your graphics card.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

for what you need isn't a balls to the walls set up and Osu isn't a very load intensive game I would suggest an am4 mother board with a first generation Ryzen CPU and a rx580 or higher in order to encode your streams at butter smooth. I suggest a rx580 not only because I use it but because they are extremely inexpensive when buying off of eBay used used and are still a very viable solution even in 2019. but go ahead and go to pcpartpicker and throw together somthing. But just remember that you should get something that will allow you to do more then just run the application you intend to use also check out LTT's build guides (There's alot). Oh on an extra note check to see what PSU and Case you have those are some thing you may not have to buy again.

great it is a little balls to the walls but if you want to get deals on these boards and decide to change some parts make sure to stick with a MB that has a 300-400 chip set so it is compatible with the zen2 architecture. But with your budget i would suggest a a gtx1080 or above and possibly a zen2 CPU but the build you have right now is definitely vr capable (this isn't a bad thing if you want a no compromise solution go right ahead.)

That build is pretty terrible.

No real need for a cooler, but the Cryorig H7 or Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo are a bit better.

Why an X570 board with an £800 budget ? A B450 board is all that is needed here.

That ram is way too slow. No reason to buy 2400MHz when you can get a 3000 - 3200 for the same money.

No SSD ?

That version of the Vega 56 will run hot/loud.

Case and psu are not very good and 850W is overkill anyway.
