HDMI Switch: which one should I get

Hey, so I have too many devices to connect to my TV.

 

This TV (Samsung UN40K600) has 3 HDMI inputs. I've been trying to find out which HDMI version the ports are, but I can't find it anywhere (not in the manual, not in Samsung's website and not in any review I've found so far).

 

The 2 most important devices on my setup are my PC (HDMI in 1- STB/DVI) and a home theater (HDMI 3 - ARC). I'm using the TV to cast my PC's audio through ARC to the home theater. And yes: I game on a TV, not a monitor. Some day I'll get a good monitor, maybe.

 

The last HDMI port (HDMI in - nothing else specified) serves for everything else (Chromecast, TV decoder's signal, laptop, etc). But having to connect and disconnect stuff there is a pain. Specially because it sometimes messes up the audio settings for the PC, even if I don't touch HDMI ins 1 (PC) or 3 (home theater).

 

I want to get an HDMI switch but I'm baffled with all the different specs they list on product specs.What matters the most is that the Chromecast can work its full potential for Netflix and YouTube. Besides that, I also want to connect my TV decoder to this TV. That means, I need at least 2 HDMI ins, but having 3 would be useful.

 

I've been looking for good offers on amazon but I just can't tell which one is the best option among these. Also, if you know of a better switch that doesn't cost more than $40 usd (ideally less than $30, as i need to have it shipped to Colombia), I'm open to suggestions.
