Something is trying to delete my local disc

Go to solution Solved by KonaKonaCube,

Very interesting. I did come across this thread with a similar issue https://www.dell.com/community/Windows-10/Apoint-tries-to-delete-c-drive-content/td-p/6244861

Just open Task Manager when this popup appears and see which application is trying to perform this action.

(example from the thread i linked earlier)

Hi, I have a dell latitude e7240 laptop. I bought it used about a year ago. When I first got it there was someone's files on it so I flattened it and reinstalled win 10 pro. Everything was good until a few months ago I seen this window pop up. It said "folder access denied"

"You need administrator permission to delete this folder" Local Disc which was listed to be deleted. I have no idea why it came up but I was in a hurry that day so I dismissed it and closed out of the window. It comes back every now and then when I turn on the laptop but hasnt done it in a little while until now. So now I'm curious on why I'm recieving this pop up. I have avast antivirus and malware bytes, both it tell me that nothing is wrong. I haven't downloaded anything on this besides trusted programs/files. Just wanted to see if anyone knows what's otg or if anyone has the same problem.
