RYZEN 7 3700X + B450 F GAMING PROBLEM

- your cpu  frequency is locked at 3.8

- your memory is at 2133

 

Update to latest bios, if it’s already updated, load optimized settings or set your target frequency and everything else to auto, reboot, get into windows. If everything is ok, reboot again and go into bios to enable docp on your ram.
