Problems with R6E Omega & i9-9960X

HI Guys!

I am experiencing a strange issue with my Asus Rampage Extreme VI Omega Motherboard and 19-9960X along with 2 RTX 2080Ti FE's on SLI.

If I try to overclock manually then I get Load VGA Bios Error D5 and the system just doesn't display anything unless I clear CMOS and restart the system all over again. However if I use the Asus Auto overclock utility within the bios the system just boots up perfectly fine and runs fine too.. My Bios is up to date too..

 

ANY IDEA WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE? I have already had a replacement for my Motherboard as well as CPU but still the same results. Any help on this will be highly appreciated..
