Hello guys!

I recently purchased myself some new hardware and I am now facing quite some problems that I hope you can help me troubleshoot.

I'll start by giving out my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900k

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 32GB

Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon

GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Twin Fan

The problem I'm having is that windows REFUSES to do anything.

When booting it comes to the blue windows flag and the circle spin 2 times before it freezez, and nothing more happends.

OK. Sooo, I thought that since I didnt format the windows drive after I switced motherboard, that it might have something to do with the problem. So I downloaded a windows 10 pro 64 bit iso file from microsoft's website, and used rufus to make it a bootable usb.

I try to boot from the USB, and the very same thing happends, the blue windows flag comes up, the circle spins about 2 times before it freezez.

At one point I saw a BSOD with the error code: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

I tried to google a bit about that error code, and it may mean that there is something wrong with the hardware.

The bios detects the cpu and ram, so i'm not really sure that it's a hardware issue.

Please help! ?

did you test both with and without XMP enabled?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I haven't touched any settings in BIOS. I'll try to enter BIOS and see if XMP is disabled, and then enable it if's off.

I'll let you know how it went. ?

I was inside the BIOS and XMP was diabled.

I enabled it and i observed the same behavior. (Trying to boot will come to blue windows flag, and the circles will spin 2 times and then freeze)

I also tried to boot from the USB and that didn't help either.

Please help!
