Hi all,

New to LTT forum and relatively the channel...i was watching a video (Can't remember if it was a colab or LTT video)  and there was something Linus said that he always asks these same 3 or so questions in a meeting or something to that effect.  Does anyone remember the video or what those 3 same questions he always asks are?

I found his answer to how he approaches meetings or problem solving very helpful and wanted to use that same approach, but obviously since i have the memory of a quail i am hoping someone can help refresh my memory

Thanks all

Trust me i understand i am my own person.  What i like to do though is to listen to others, their advice, and find a way, if i agree with it, to put my spin on it.

Think of it like a chicken recipe....there are thousands of different chicken recipes, all with their own way....but the base / foundation is the chicken....that's me....This is my learning process....i'm the chicken, and i heard, what i felt, was a great piece of advice, and would now like to try to incorporate that into my own day to day life, see how it goes, and if it works out well, great, if i have to adjust, ok, i'll change the recipe...if it doesn't work....well....throw out that recipe and try a different way....

0erhaps you could find it in the 'what is it like to work for Linus' video, or the 'how I became' video from another channel.

In the former, Colton had mentioned a question Linus asked at his first interview, but I don't really feel like tainting my forum account by posting that question here.. so sorry, you're gonna have to figure out what the question was in the video :P

"Do you like being fired?"

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

"Here is some advice that might have gotten lost somewhere along the way in your life.

#1. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

#2. It's best to keep your mouth shut; and appear to be stupid, rather than open it and remove all doubt.

#3. There is nothing "wrong" with being wrong. Learning from a mistake can be more valuable than not making one in the first place.
