Been out of building for a while but the pc is definitely due an upgrade.

Will mainly be used for mmo gaming. Looking at the moment 3rd gen ryzen for cpu undecided on a motherboard yet will either my a mid tower or matx

For mid range graphic card what way are people leaning now got a our 600 for the graphics card could probably push up a little further.

Cooling. Aio or just go the full way and do a custom loop?

Thanks for any advice guys.

It's way below your budget but it would still be a great build for mmo gaming.

You can switch for a 3700x, a x570 motherboard, maybe 2x16GB of ram too, a 2080S. I would also recommend an air cooler instead of water cooling (bequiet! DRP4 or noctua NH D15).

Also for less (450-500£) the 5700xt would match the 2700S.

I don't get why you chose those rams and PSU, they are more expensive and bader.

It's a little above 2k£ but it has a 2080ti, you can go for a 3600 cpu and b450 to reduce the price and it'll be in your budget with the best GPU around.

One of the best case for airflow, one of the best CPU cooler (imo overkill if you go for the 3600 instead).
