What do you want the computer to do? Kind of hard to recommend you something based on nothing.

Do your needs only warrant a Celeron?

Do your needs warrant an EYPC 7742?

Need a little more information.

Mainly for gaming

okay, also what is the performance you are looking for 1440p on high/ultra or 1080p Ultra ? and what games are you most looking forward to playing. People will then be able to give you some recommendations on parts that will be most useful to you :)

It's my first build so 1440p on high

I saw a separate post from you looking for some info on a Ryzen build, really with the one the guy posted, though its good you might want to spend a bit extra to get a faster GPU, a 2060 / 2060 super would be the sweet spot for Nvidia imo. For AMD, their card is quite impressive for its cost so either a 5700XT or 5700 would do you well. If you don't care for 144Hz a 1650 or 1660 would be just sufficient

Ryzen is affordable to run for CPU's but you really want fast ram for it to run as optimally as possible (3000 - 3200MHz) Corsair Vengance LPX ram is a good mid ground choice, but it is missing the RGB. Ryzen also comes with a decent cooler that will work for your needs.

After the CPU and GPU, the rest of the build should really just be based on your needs/ cares. Example: if you care for fast storage get a board with NVMe, if you need high storage space either get an SATA SSD or a Spindle Drive... Etc.
