HEDT what should I do?

Currently I am running a X399M w/ a 2950X in a Sliger Cerberus SFF case with a EK Block and slim 27mm radiator.  

 

The processor and setup is probably fine for the foreseeable future but I like to be up on the latest tech.  With the huge prices cuts for the Cascade Lake X lineup is it worth it to sell my X399M and 2950x and get a i9 10980XE?  A new board would be anywhere from $250-$285 and I would need to either get a new block which is $99 or get an AIO for $100-$150.  

 

Is a i9 10980XE worth it over a 2950X?  If I can sell my board and chip for $650 I would be paying around $1330 before tax 

or try and keep my X399M and hope that TR 3000 supports X399 and Asrock updates the BIOS and go next gen TR and sell my 2950X

 

or do I simply do nothing?

with AMD's response coming next month, I'd at least wait for those.
