How did you install it last time?

Are all the drivers properly installed for the new system?

You could try a windows refresh https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/17085/windows-8-restore-refresh-reset-pc. This will reinstall windows without losing your files. you will still need to reinstall games/drivers/etc. Sounds like you need to uninstall the old drivers from the system and put in the new drivers as Windows thinks the same hardware is being used instead of the new hardware. I recommend going to your motherboard manufacturers website and downloading the latest drivers. Intel will have drivers for the 9400f, Kingston will have drivers for the ssd, etc. and make sure you uninstall the old ones so they dont argue with Windows. If that fails you could try the windows refresh. Make sure you have a backup f anything that is important as there is always a small chance to lose data.

Good Luck

Ok, look at your device manager, ensure everything has drivers.

Now, define "slow"

It says all the devices are up to date and its still slow, loading applications up takes forever, booting too and it says need to reactivate windows

Yup, WRT the windows activation, you changed hardware, so it wants to re-activate.

Are you using a 500 gig spinning hard drive for your boot drive?

Perhaps it's failing. That would explain the slowness

Yes its a spinning disk one but it was never slow i just installed everything today only an hour ago i used the pc on the old components and it ran very fast. Also it says

"we cant activate windows on this device at the moment. you can try activating again later, or go to the store to buy genuine windows. error code: 0xC004F025"

If the drive is suffering from bad sectors, it's going to manifest as speed issues. I'd test the drive with the drive maker's testing software.

AS to the windows error, can you get online?

Might have been installed in the BIOS of the old system, might have been an OEM key improperly used. Check my last message for a link to the error and possible solutions.
