Which of these laptop is the better choice?

Asus tuf fx505:

Ryzen 5 3550h

Gtx 1650

Acer Nitro 5:

I5  9300h

Gtx 1650

Both are same price in my country (Malaysia) with same gpu but different cpu. Which one is better?

Depends on what you do. If you want to have Hackintosh or something that uses QuickSync, then go for intel. But Acer laptops suck a big one when it comes to quality, so Asus would be a better bet.

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

Im inclined to say the Nitro. the 9300h has a wee bit more performance than the ryzen. however its a little more power hungry than the ryzen but still. Traditionally ryzen laptops are a tad cheaper but since theyr at the same price go for the 9300h one.

On the laptop side of things go for the intel processor as it does perform noticeably better than the ryzen 5, however do check online for thermals and all because if the acer doesn't cooling to back up the hardware it's worthless having a more powerfull processor. Asus I can trust as I have used laptops for them, not so sure with acer as their products aren't so popular.

You don't need to use GeForce to use Hackintosh. iGPU will be enough.
