Hi there.

I have this tablet Prestigio Multipad Quantum 4 9.7 and I really haven't used it that much, last time few months ago.

I wanted to turn it on but it won't turn on,and when I plug the charger immediatly it turns on with recovery system v4.2.01

I have some options like apply update (from cache,ADB,from external storage),wipe cache partition, wipe data/factory reset, reboot system now, recovery system from boot.

I did wipe cache, reboot and again I'm back at these recovery options.

What should I do?

Re-flash the firmware,factory reset?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

I'd say first check some buttons, but looks like they're not a problem.

Do factory reset first. If that doesn't help, download firmware for your tablet on 4pda (if you know russian in some way, even with Google translate) or xdadevelopers. Anyway, Google to the rescue.

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

Did factory reset, nothing same problem I guess I need to flash it.

What program do I need and where to find firmware?
