Internet Droppouts

So this one is kind of a wierd one. After changing ISPs, the internet would randomly drop out ON DIFFERENT DEVICES. On different IOS DEVICES! I haven't really tried waiting, but the fastest way to fix it is to turn Wifi off and back on again on the phone. The drop outs would occur at different times so one device would be fine while another drops out. Since turning internet off and on on the phone seems to work, this leads me to think that it should be a router problem but I haven't changed routers since the last ISP when it was working. I've reset the router too and looked through the settings to see if anything is wrong. I have three ios devices and two windows devices. All and only the ios devices drop out. If anyone has any ideas on what might be happening, please share. All my devices are on the latest software. the IOS devices went through several updates from IOS 12 to 13.1.
