I built a new PC a few months ago, and lately, I've been having a problem where the PC will freeze upon me signing into Windows. If I leave it alone for a few minutes after entering, it seems like everything's going to work normally. But as soon as I launch a program, the PC freezes. Most of the time it will recover after a few minutes. Both of the screens will go black, then they'll come back on and everything will be normal from there on out. But recently, it's been freezing indefinitely.

Probably just reinstall windows

maybe try setting your RAM speed to the default.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
