My BIOS allows me to link to system, CPU, and I have forgotten the other options. On a B450 Carbon Pro.

What should I link my fans to? Currently have my top fan linked to the CPU, and my two intake fans at the front linked to system temperature.

Thanks!

It really doesn't matter unless you're trying to optimize hard for noise at idle, but more than likely just link everything to your CPU

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Okay, thanks. Thing is sometimes my GPU is working hard and my CPU is idling.

Intakes could be linked to GPU if that's option. That's how mine are set.

Can't link to GPU, only system which is what I have done with my intakes.

Then rather use CPU. System sensors are inaccurate.

Set them to CPU, and they ramp up and down all the time, so linked them back to system. Is there no way to get them linked to GPU?

If your mobo doesn't support it, no. Or you would need get USB connected HUB which has that as a function.

You can adjust curves to eliminate needless ramping.
