Can't Get Into BIOS w/ MSI BA450 Tomahawk ATX AM4 Motherboard

I just built a new computer and was trying to get into BIOS to enable XMP but when I hit delete at the Tomahawk screen it loads strange data and then freezes. See the screenshot attached.

 

The system does post.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
