Budget Compact pc for playing Movies on 4k tv and recording gameplay from gaming pc.

im thinking of building a pc to play movies and tv shows on my 4k tv, and also be able to move it over to my desk to record gameplay from my gaming pc without sacrificing performance from the game.

it needs to be small form factor, though im not sure whether i would still need a capture card and how that would work in a small form factor build along side a graphics card.

and my budget is around $750 U.S.

I am not really sure where to start as i have only built one pc before with a mid taower case.

If you want to just play 4k movie, I would seriously recommend intel 9th gen onboard graphic, and if you want something fancy, a GT1030 is great for this.

For recording video, you have 4 choice:

1. CPU x264 encoder

2. Nvidia NVENC

3. AMD stuff

4. Intel QuickSync

Tbh I have never tried the encoder on my vega64, not sure if it's good or not. Since AMD never really advertised it, I would assume it's not as good as NVENC or quick sync.
