So I have a BitFenix Penhom with a i7 9700K and maybe a RTX 2080 (not sure what GPU to buy)

I have 2 options. Go for a Corsair 100x for 88$ or

Or a Be Quite Dark Rock TF or what's called for 96$

I know that the case can take 240mm on top so no worry there. Same goes for intake and outtake I have te best fans possible. I even have 2 extra high performance be Quite with over 100cfm.

I have a build in that case, it can be a little difficult to cool to it's full potential. What would be intake/outake and direction of cpu cooler?

Forgive me El Guapo. I know that I, Jefe, do not have your superior intellect and education...

I made a front grill holes and side holes on the gpu side. It has a great airflow coming from front as intake 230mm.

Outake I have a 140mm high-performance from be quite.

I have 2 more 120mm but since I'm not finished the build like it remains gpu, cooler so ye... Was thinking to put on top a H100x with those fans since they are the best in the market

What u think? Any case hot air goes up and back. The Be Quite TF is a good 220W TDP cooler but well not sure if the H100x won't handle same if not better performance. I can even use push/pull if nedded.

What are our thoughts. I like the case. Took me work to mod it with holes and so but it was worth since it's not for show off or good looking ?

The H100x would perform better but wouldn't be as quiet.

Why not use a traditional dual tower cooler instead? What ram are you using?

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

I can use the be quit fans. They are better then corsair and alote quiter...

Don't have any space for dual tower cooler. Ram I belive it's a sniper from GS.Kill.

Case is great. I modded in order to get front airflow and sideways too. Kinda outdated case.

No budget here. I wanna max my CPU but again mini ITX Boards are limited anyways so I'm happy if I can get a decent oc with a good cooler. I know that the Be Quite TF is on of the best air cooler and it takes air to the top (in my case I can put those 120mm on top to outtake) but again I can go for the watercooler.

What would perform better anyways? Maybe the TF no!? Since it has double fans and 3 outakes 140mm plus 2 120mm in top.

What wouldn't you have space for a dual tower? There's 160mm of clearance which is plenty for many dual tower coolers.

As mentioned, the H100x performs better than the DRTF. The default fan configuration of the DRTF blows air downwards and not the other way around. It'd probably perform a bit worse with the fans blowing upwards.

In case you've been using the case fans backwards, here's a diagram:

Wait. The Be Quite TF takes air up or down? ? If it takes down the the H100x is better choose. If it takes up I belive the TF would be smae right?

I'm buying local store. Limited to their stock.

Look at the diagram. Fans generally exhaust towards the frame and intake from the other side. The same goes for the fans on the DRTF and H100x. The fans can be reversed but they generally perform a bit worse. Which airflow direction can vary between systems.

Does the store have a website you can link us to?

Yes but they don't own any better cooling at the moment and I need it util tomorrow.

Funny but the H100x is easy to direct to outtake since I can pick the Be Quite High Perf to push out right? U can even take 4 fans one to push and one to pull. Would that be effective?

Kinda noob when it comes to cooling

Store has only a few cooler but non of them handle high TDP. The only they have is Dark Rock 4 Pro besides what I told u. No Noctua or so avaliable sadly.

What coolers do u have in mind for my case as a side suggestion?

Even if I give u the website u won't understand the language or stock since it has to be stock in my local store. They have 5.

I leave I both links.

Aircooler https://www.globaldata.pt/aircooling/dissipadores/processador

AIO coolers

https://www.globaldata.pt/watercooling/kits-all-in-one

To make sense stock avaliable has to be green where it says "Gaia". If it's blue there u can forget it. It takes long time to get it. I'm missing my pc.

Have the same dilema for the GPU. Can pick what I wanna. High End card but for the right performance wise ?. Damn... It's hard.

But I did enjoy making holes on the case front side and side panel. ?

As mentioned, the DRTF fans can be flipped. They can only face towards or away from the motherboard though.

Google translate is enough for most things. I do appreciate the explanation about what needs to be in stock though.

I don't see anything available that both fits and is as good.

If you're mainly aiming for performance, the H100x is probably the best option. I'd recommend just going with that and using the stock fans on it first. You can decide whether or not to get any new fans after seeing how it performs.
