my pc ryzen 2600 with corsair cx550m . im not oc my cpu , just run normal .and i want to buy vega 56 . can my psu handle vega 56?

annoying like what? pls tellme because i never buy amd gpu . used vega 56 in my country have good perfomance and cheaper then new 1660ti

it's not the fault of the gpu here (well... not completely)

 

the cx550m uses a so called double forward topology, which can start to whine on higher end cards
