PC doesn't start with boot button, but starts after pressing the restart button

I just built a new pc with a iCue 220T. You can see a picture of the PC below.

 

When starting the Start Button, the PC gets power but it doesn't get to Windows 10. With the PC still turned and and me pressing the restart button this case has, the pc will restart and windows 10 will work.. Any idea what the problem could be?

You wired the I/O connectors on the motherboard backwards

So I have to just turn them around?

The headers are labeled on the motherboard, or in the motherboard manual 

Unless their I/O cables are wired backwards.

Have to switch the power and reset cables
