Please help with AOC monitor brightness

I am having a huge issue with an AOC monitor I have, the brightness is really high on it and I have no clue how to turn it down.

I cant turn it down in windows, the slider isnt there.

The little button on the bottom right and the only one as far as I know just auto adjusts the display. when I press on it, when I long press it it justs turns off the display.

I found this AOC menu online but the brightnesss slider is just faded out.

 

This is such an issue because I cant tell the difference between whites and greys.

What kind of AOC monitor?

Some have a one-knob-options menu. Just have to turn it like a gamepad knob.
