Looks good to me, I don't see any big errors, but you might want to get 3600 RAM because that's the "sweetspot" for ryzen, just for some extra fps. Also, the 2080 super should be in the same pricerange as the 2080ti, but the ti has 11gb ram and the super only 8. That might be sth you want to look at.

2080 super is no where near the 2080ti in terms of price... 250-300$ more for the entry modem of the 2080ti compared to the 2080 super.

Improved memory and board, use cheaper but close enough performance SSD, change to 2080 since 2080S is only 5% ahead of the 2080, change PSU because it can do the same thing for less money, more (and better value) fans to max out the case.

Mabey go for a Rl06 Pc case and or Go to gamer nexus YouTube channel to see the thermal performance on you case. Compare Your case with other to mabey have a cheaper Case with lower thermals.

There is nothing wrong with the one he chose. It just costs a bit extra overall as it doesn't come with any fans.

Why does he need RGB Ram ? Just because he has a windowed case doesn't mean he needs everything to light up like a Christmas Tree. And he already mentioned he isn't fussed about RGB.

Cuz it’s not just a windowed case but a basically all window case and what’s the point of that much glass if u ain’t got anything nice looking inside it.

RGB =/= nice looking. Well done RGB can look great, or a well done build with no RGB at all can look nice as well. I've ran both (currently on no RGB in the rig at all), and they both look good. I just prefer the cleaner RGB-less look rn.

As mentioned by Zando you can still build a nice system without RGB. If it was up to me RGB would die a slow and painful death ?

Does the Rocket have the same or better endurance than the 970 Evo?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Honestly barely any difference in 2070 Super vs 2080 Super perf, def not worth an extra $200 for about a 10% bump imo. Also if you're spending that much on an NVMe SSD you might as well take advantage of the X570 platform and get Gen 4 drive. Another thing to note is the O11 Dynamic won't fit big tower coolers.

Using the Wraith cooler that comes with the 3700x. If it doesn't perform well, I'll get a 360 AIO. Choosing a 2080 Super because I'm connecting it to a 4k TV

Assuming the op is just gaming (He hasn't stated the use case) that is a really bad way to spend $1974. I mean the build I posted above has an RTX 2080 and costs around $220 less overall.

You don't need to spend $150 on a cpu cooler. A cheap air cooler like the Arctic Freezer 34 esports can handle the 3700X.

Same goes for the SSD. Why waste money on a pcie 4.0 ? Again if he is just gaming then it won't make any difference even over a SATA SSD. The Sabrent Rocket pcie 3.0 NVMe SSD is a much better buy if he wants to try an NVMe drive.

The op has mentioned that he isn't fussed about RGB so no need for expensive Corsair fans.
